Varun Tej declared himself as the pet
of Chiranjeevi whom he calls 'Daddy' since childhood. To a query on whom among
Chiru and Pawan does he likes the most, He says, "Actually, Both Of Them!
But, I like Pedda Nanna a bit more. I am his pet and I used to be with him on
weekends. While Charan used to take Pawan Babai's side, I used to be on Chiru
Pedda Nanna's Side".
Ask him which actor has inspired
him the most? Varun Tej reveals a long list but the first name has to be that
of Chiru! 'Vijetha' is one film he gets very emotional every time he watches
it. Gang Leader, Mutameshtri and Gharana Mogudu were his all time favourites.
Varun Tej admires Kamal Haasan a
lot. He likes the way Arnold and Prabhas does the action sequences. The
debutate, however, doesn't want to imitate any of his favourites but only takes
inspiration.
