Ravi Teja's Kick 2 action Entertainer

Ravi Teja-starrer Telugu actioner "Kick 2" will go on floors here Aug 20, says its director Surender Reddy, but he adds the film will not be a sequel to his 2009 blockbuster "Kick".

"We start shooting 'Kick 2' from Wednesday. It will be an action film, but will not have anything to do with the first part. It will be more or less an extension of 'Kick'," Reddy told media.

While Ravi will play the lead, the rest of the cast is yet to be finalised. Actor Kalyan Ram is producing the movie under the NTR Arts banner.

The filmmakers are on the look out for a female lead for the movie. Buzz is that a new actress could be cast opposite Ravi Teja in the movie. SS Thaman is composing music for the film.
