In his maiden speech as he re-enters politics, Pawan Kalyan has defended Chiranjeevi. He has blamed the Congress high command for the current state of the Telugus.
"I am not angry with Chiranjeevi garu. How can he be blamed for the state of affairs? The blame should be on the Congress' high command seated in Delhi. It's my unluckiness that I am having to stand against him today," he told a cheering crowd.
The fans listening to him were seemingly pleased with his soft stand on Chiru.
