Responding to his actor-brother Pawan Kalyan's call 'Congress Hatao, Desh Ko Bachao' Chiru said, "Congress is an age-old party which has more than 125 years of survival. Nobody can wipe out Congress. In the past, several people similarly dubbed Congress. While few people had called for dropping of Congress into Bay of Bengal, few others called for burial of Congress, but nothing has happened to the party," pointed out Chiranjeevi.
Further defending Congress, Chiru added, "Pawan seems to be hurt with the bifurcation of the State. But Congress is the last one to react on the issue and it has taken the decision only after every party gave its consent to do so. Congress can alone can't be blamed in bifurcation issue. One should blame all political parties."
It's clear that Chiranjeevi is still backing Congress and taking a stand against his own brother Pawan Kalyan. Looks like, Chiranjeevi is evading significant point made by Pawan Kalyan i.e., the manner in which bifurcation is being done by blacking out telecast of Parliament. For this, Congress alone should be blamed as it is in Power. It's time for Chiru to wake up to reality!
