The movie buffs, who watched Hrudaya Kaleyam in the first
show, were impressed with Sampoornesh Babu's action, comedy timing and dialogue
diction, which formed a strong positive word of mouth. Apart from this, a mixed
opinion for another new release Rowdy became a boon for the film and boosted
its business in the later shows and also on Saturday and Sunday.
Hrudaya Kaleyam does not have a fresh an interesting storyline, but the
unique treatment of the subject and its commercial ingredients have appealed
both film goers. Meanwhile, film critics have given good response for the film,

The movie has collected approximately Rs 6.75 crores at the AP Box Office in the first weekend.
Its breakup is Rs 2 cr on Fri, Rs 2.25 cr on Sat and Rs 2.50 cr on Sun.
